Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Director of National Accounts to be a leader on our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, specifically in facilities maintenance with national accounts. As the Director of National Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing our national accounts portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Manage and grow our national accounts portfolio
• Work closely with our facilities maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 10+ years of experience in national accounts sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Experience in Facilities Management sales a requirement
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
