- Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Sephora teams (US, CA & Kohl’s), including Merchandising, Planning and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility, and exposure.
- Conduct successful commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with Merchandising & Marketing teams driving Performance (Retail, Net and Profit).
- Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
- Provide weekly & monthly account business recaps that detail sell-thru by SKU, ranking, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis.
- Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximize opportunities across channels.
- Identify opportunities to sell in additional revenue and mitigate return liabilities.
- Participate in weekly Merchandise & Planning team meetings to review all business opportunities, drive shipments and align on forecasts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with your Planning counterpart, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain
- Manage all Makeup net sales forecasting & P&L, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
- Deliver plans to drive #1 ranking across the Portfolio and Maintain our #1 Makeup Rank.
- Work with visual merchandising to ensure all updates are executed in a timely manner and communicate to merchant team for retailer approval.
- For new and existing distribution, build a bespoke plan to launch and sustain #1 ranking.
- Responsible for reviewing product assortment & sales to maximize counter productivity in partnership with trade marketing.
- Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for Makeup, covering activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance of annual strategy vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis
- Build strong working relationships with Field team, utilizing insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
- Align trading plans with team – local and global - to ensure a consistent and phased plan across all retailers within the region, avoiding unnecessary conflicts of activity.
- Bachelor’s degree

- Business Acumen - See the bigger business issues for both the retailer and for Charlotte Tilbury. Be able to formulate a strong account strategy and align to retailer priorities. Quantify the business plan and be aware of impact across other accounts and on other teams.
- Sephora Account Management Experience Preferred.
- Passionate, positive potential - be a shining star to work with and alongside.
- Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills a must
- Account Experience across Makeup Preferred.
- Communication skills- keep all stakeholders informed on all the important issues. Lead the presentation of project updates or account reviews. Ensure all communications are concise, clear, and convincing. Relationship-oriented, personable and approachable; able to build rapport quickly and establish genuine relationships.
