The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead the recruiting team for the most culturally connected agency in the world: 160over90. The Director of Recruiting will maintain a full requisition load while also developing their team, prioritizing diverse hiring practices throughout the business, interacting with senior leaders on a regular basis and more!

The ideal candidate will be plugged into the creative world with the ability to pipeline high-level creative talent proactively. The Director should also understand the culture of a creative agency and have experience working within an agency’s recruiting function.

This is a crucial role and is perfect for someone that loves the creative space, wants to work with good people and is excited to help elevate the recruiting function at the best agency around!
  • Developing strategies to help marketing 160over90 as an employer of choice
  • Create reports for HR and senior leadership that will help notify on recruiting activity
  • Communicating recruiting strategies, priority progress, industry trends, etc. to leadership
  • Recruit across the business (creative and non-creative)
  • Stay ahead of recruiting trends throughout the creative agency landscape
  • Serve as lead recruiter for all high level creative openings
  • Develop their team
  • Lead the overall recruiting team
  • Utilize data/analytics to make decisions and educate the business

You Have These
  • Experience directly managing a team of recruiters
  • Ability to utilize data to educate and make decisions, while also transforming
  • Proven experience building diverse candidate pipelines proactively
  • 12+ years’ recruiting experience
  • Past work experience within a creative agency
that data into a digestible story
  • Desire to recruit across non-creative openings
  • Experience working with senior leadership and partnering effectively with an HR team

  • Experience with Workday as an ATS
  • Possess a network of potential creative candidates

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum
:
$138,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$185,000 annually
