Are you a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in the digital marketing industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the VP, Digital Strategist.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on planning, coordination, and management of key deliverables for digital strategies that include search, social, programmatic media and related content and interactive strategies across several key accounts within the organization. You will serve as a client facing point of content and key liaison with our account leadership team for the delivery of developed digital strategies within our omni-channel marketing clients, with a particular focus on healthcare and finance. You will be responsible for driving the strategic digital conversation with clients, communicate ongoing progress against strategy and work internally with our implementation team of subject matter experts across digital channels. You are a difference maker and key part to the success of many client programs.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Work with clients to conceptualize digital experiences that achieve business objectives in a measurable and meaningful fashion.
  • Develop comprehensive media mixes, allocations, and targeting methods that include organic and paid channels as SEM, social media, programmatic display, OTT/CTV, linear and addressable TV, podcast and internet radio, direct mail, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to drive measurable results.
  • Recommend engaging earned and paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, direct response, new customer acquisition, and retention or loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights and translate those findings into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data to derive insights, optimization strategies, and ensure real, measurable success.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards, particularly in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, alcohol, financial lending, etc.
  • Work with analytics teams to suggest meaningful attribution models and reporting options.
  • Lead the development of full funnel, multi-channel digital strategies tailored for individual clients and audiences.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging digital trends and technologies, helping to shape the company's digital marketing approach.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as their strategic partner and trusted advisor. Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and translate those insights into actionable and results-oriented strategies.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of multi-channel strategy experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of search, social and programmatic media, comfortable navigating tools and publisher platforms as needed
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Must have digital agency experience.
  • Strong business acumen and a client-focused mindset.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
