FFTA (Family Focused Treatment Association) is looking to add a communications and marketing professional to our mission-driven team.This highly impactful role will have the awesome responsibility to help lift up the voices of FFTA members and, most importantly, the voices of families our members serve.

- Nearly 500 member organizations from 47 states, as well as Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Canada, and Australia plus 24 State FFTA Chapters support the integration of local- and federal-level best practices & policies.

About the Opportunity:
As part of a small, yet impactful, team you’ll learn and shape many aspects of our work and the important work of our members.Team members are highly engaged in the mission-driven work of the association, often beyond your immediate scope of responsibilities.Together, we will recognize a shared vision of more communities in which those who support families feel supported and all are thriving.
You will be FFTA’s principal communications strategist and implementer ensuring FFTA is recognized as a leading voice in the human services sector.You’ll amplify the voices and needs of FFTA members and, most importantly, the children and families they serve.Your creative communication & connection strategies ensure we reach a diverse array of individuals across the entire FFTA Community and beyond.
We believe the following would best prepare you to be successful in this role:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the delivery and execution of an organization’s marketing & communications activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, business management, or non-profit leadership.
- Professional experience designing digital & print content for publication.
