Summary of Role
The Revenue division at Palmetto is looking for a Senior Business Strategist to be responsible for developing business improvement plans and strategies. The responsibilities of the Senior Business Strategist include developing and presenting recommendations, market research, and generating original ideas.
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills, and expert knowledge of sales and revenue driving processes. You will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers’ interactions.
Strategic & Tactical
- Contribute to business development and digital innovation
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
- Keep updated with technologies and consumer behaviors
- Perform analysis of competitors and identify opportunities
- Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products
- Create and present strategic plans.
- Problem-solve and offer ideas to solve business issues
- Conduct market research
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
- Collaborate with team members to define objectives
Qualifications
- Familiarity with using the Salesforce application and exposure to the executive briefing process
- Familiarity with Salesforce corporate strategy and sales processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consultative background and strategic mindset
- Patience/Adaptability to frequent change
- Commitment to customer satisfaction & attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills (must be very detail-oriented), and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong background in delivering customer success
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, process improvement, business analysis, program management, and/or consulting
