Director Of Innovation - Media - Virtual / Remote, Usa

What part will you play?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to drive Innovation Development on the Diversified Media Innovation team. As a Leader of Innovation Development, you will be responsible for aligning and directing all development efforts to ensure successful delivery of innovative products.

What will you be doing?

• Drive the adoption of agile development principles, cloud infrastructure, DevOps CI/CD best practices, and scrum techniques.
• Ensure the innovation development team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead the innovation development team to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Maintain an understanding of current and emerging technologies, and how they can be leveraged to improve product development.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of development projects and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

What do we require from you?

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, agile development principles, and DevOps CI/CD.
• Experience leading and managing a development team.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative and successful software products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with scrum and agile techniques, and their application in software development.
• Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies and technologies.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, agile development principles, and DevOps CI/CD, as well as a proven track record of delivering innovative software products. You should have excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You should also be familiar with project management tools and methodologies such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
