As one of the country's foremost distributors of industrial equipment, that operates over 50 dealer locations across the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter.
They are seeking someone who possesses specific expertise in recruiting managers and managerial teams in the industrial equipment dealership sector (automobile dealerships experience will be considered equally relevant).
Industrial management dealership experience is a mandatory requirement and a key attribute for the successful candidate.
The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in the growth, leading the recruitment efforts to source, attract, and hire the top managerial talent in the industry. The candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative strategies to fulfill the staffing needs across various areas and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR recruiting best practices.
- Source potential candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Review candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Establish and maintain effective candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Advocate for the company's reputation as a top place to work.
- Conduct various types of interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Strategize and implement initiatives for recruiting a diverse talent pool.
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities.
- Prepare and post job descriptions to relevant job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter, specifically in industrial equipment or automobile dealerships (minimum of 5 years preferred).
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Practical experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc).
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
Compensation:
We offer a base salary of $100,000, plus a competitive bonus structure alongside flexible working hours, and a HYBRID working model.
