General Summary
The Director of HRIT reports to the Vice President Digital Workplace & Corporate Solutions and is responsible for leading the evolution of the capabilities and solutions supporting all of Campbell’s Human Resources processes, including Talent Acquisition, Performance, Benefits Management, Workforce Management, Employee Self-Service and Payroll. As the Digital Partner to HR, the primary activities are:
  • Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solutions portfolio, and develop plans with the HR leadership team to manage the impact effectively.
  • Understand Human Resources (HR) business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding strategy to drive the HR organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Partner with HR to drive transformational change across HR capabilities, be a champion of the Data Transformation Strategy, and modernize Campbells Workforce Management capabilities through leadership on the replacement of UKG Workforce Central.
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving HR business and operating models.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, vision and direction to the HR IT organization to ensure it will contribute to the HR organization achieving its goals.
  • Work with HR stakeholders to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and services work to accomplish those outcomes. Lead the HR IT organization's successful delivery of these business outcomes in partnership with HR business colleagues.
  • Develop the overall strategy, set priorities, oversee projects, establish adoption plans that maximize value for the HR organization.
  • Manage relationships with major HR IT vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.
  • Work with the chief information security officer (CISO) to ensure that the HR IT and applications are effectively secured and that risks are mitigated.
  • Lead the on-going assessment of the technical and business capabilities, their associated costs and risks, and rationalize them to maximize the business contribution.
  • Responsible for team financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting for HR IT.
  • Manage HR IT personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the HR organization, as well as recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps.
Skills and Knowledge
  • The ability to architect and present solutions across the HR Technology Portfolio with options to business and HR stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Human Resource Processes, data and Technology supporting these processes
  • Proven success of leading complex transformative initiatives spanning people, process and technology.
  • The ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies
  • The ability to balance the long-term (or "big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong preference for Workday and UKG Experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of data concepts including reusable data services, data products, and data governance preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
  • The ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience and knowledge in the HR IT field including background/education in both technology and human resources
  • Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to her/him
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience successfully working in an offshore support model
  • Proven leader with ability to engage and motivate direct and indirect reports. 5+ year of experience leading IT teams
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$125,500.00 - $238,500.00
An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one’s first day of employment.
