What you’ll be doing:

• Other tasks and duties as assigned
• Managing all organization applications and developing multi-year applications and technology roadmaps aligning to corporate strategy, including ERP system
• Creating an engaged and empowered IT Team
• Establishing a comprehensive IT governance model that maintains and monitors security policies and practices to reduce risk to the organization
• Building successful working and IT support relationships across the organization well as with external partners and vendors
• Leading, performing, and managing objectives of WCI’s IT infrastructure, including data center, systems administration, security, email, voice/data, network, storage, server, and cloud environments
• Identifying emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated, and integrated within the organization
• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies and future growth goals

WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities.
Requirements: What we are looking for:

• History of building strong relationships with team, peers, and customers
• 10 years leadership experience
• Minimum of 4-year degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
• Proven cybersecurity knowledge and experience
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including implementation and ongoing support
• Extensive application support experience with Microsoft products
• Strong business and strategy
• In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
