Role and Responsibilities
- Gatekeep departmental SharePoint
- Assist with newsletters and
- Organizing and upkeep of kitchen and office supplies
- Assist with staff recognition events such as birthday celebrator and onsite staff wellness
- Upkeep conference room cleanliness and
- Assist with interview
- Assist Director of Administrative Operations with expense
- Assist HR Director and HR Manager facilitate on-boarding, training, and hiring
- Assist with departmental special projects and
- Enter employment data into the company HRMS system (UKG).
- Assist in organizing HR meetings internally/externally.
- Update employee holidays, law posters and HR company
- Assist Director of Administrative Operations with company events and board meeting
- Answering any employee
- Assist with UKG company portal
- Manage employment
- Manage headquarter catering
- Help manage and prepare different human resources
- Organizing recruitment and training
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace
Qualifications and education requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment and experience in solving
- Strong integrity and
- Familiarity with HR onboarding procedures
- Knowledge of automated financial
- 3-5 years proven experience as an Administrative
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
- A positive attitude making teams happier and more
- Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceeds goals, and maximizes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities
