Position: Healthcare Domain Expert / Healthcare Director

Are you a healthcare professional with a passion for leveraging your clinical expertise to drive innovation in healthcare technology? HealthTech Insights is seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Domain Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Healthcare Domain Expert, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and AI RWE solutions, helping us unlock the full potential of real-world healthcare data.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of data collection strategies, data governance frameworks, and data quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, researchers, and industry experts to enhance the effectiveness and impact of AI RWE initiatives.
• Translate complex clinical concepts into actionable insights for technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, research studies, and trends in healthcare, especially within your specialized therapeutic area.
• Provide clinical and therapeutic expertise to guide the development and implementation of AI RWE solutions within specific therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to define research questions, design algorithms, and validate findings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical guidelines throughout the development and deployment of AI RWE solutions.
• Assist in the identification and selection of appropriate data sources and ensure the accuracy and relevance of data for analysis.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex healthcare data.
• Specialization and expertise in a specific therapeutic area or healthcare domain.
• Medical degree (MD), nursing degree (RN), or equivalent clinical qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical guidelines, such as HIPAA or GDPR.
• Solid understanding of clinical practices, disease mechanisms, and treatment protocols within the specified therapeutic area.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
