Job Description


Talent Strategy and Operations Specialist


  • Oversee monthly candidate experience survey feedback data pull and report to share with TA leadership
  • Oversee TA Development Slack Channel (answering recruiters questions and posting weekly highlights for development ideas/programs)
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Leads and stakeholders on long term TA Development Program Strategy (cadence of workshops, structure of workshops etc.)
  • Assist/Oversee TA Development Program
  • Manage building out survey and sendout post Development workshops and compile data/feedback on a monthly basis
  • Assist with basic research/vetting vendors for broader TA Team development activities, trainings, podcast, speakers etc. and design training materials and decks for program rollout
  • Assist/Oversee TA Team Development Bucks Program (budget, pulling data on a monthly basis including number of participants using dev bucks, come up with marketing strategy to advertise courses and increase # of team members using Dev bucks)


Assist Managing vendor management operations


  • Support vendor management process including:
  • Work alongside TA Ops Program Managers and legal to ensure all contracts are kept up to date and active in Coupa
  • Manage any vendor invoice tickets/questions in ZenDesk
  • Liaison with AP team to ensure PO’s are created and kept updated for all vendors TA Team works with and maintain TAOPs Contracts and PO’s Masterlist
  • Manager vendor invoice processing in Coupa


Assist managing recruiter operations support alongside TA Ops Specialist(s)


  • Complete Offer to Hire activities including:
  • (e) update TA Ops trackers
  • (d) initiate hires manually;
  • (a) recruitment audits - reach out to recruiters if items need to be corrected before an offer can be sent
  • (c) initiate hires via integration;
  • Audit recruiter Job Posting details and provide feedback if appropriate
  • (b) send offers;


Administrative Tasks


  • Organize team building activities on a quarterly basis
  • Ensuring Monday.com board is kept maintained and organized
  • Document/Deck Creation & Organization
  • Support broader TA Ops team with scheduling needs (weekly meetings, project meetings, project rollout meetings)
  • Support TA team with all other miscellaneous requests related to daily business
