Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling, including financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial projections. Analyze financial data to evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks.
2. Industry Research: Conduct extensive research on the healthcare and technology sectors to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Stay updated on the latest regulatory developments, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
3. Due Diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing company documents, conducting interviews, and analyzing relevant data. Evaluate potential risks and opportunities to support investment decisions.
4. Investment Memorandums: Prepare detailed investment memorandums and pitch materials, including market overviews, financial analysis, investment thesis, and recommendations. Collaborate with senior team members to present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Deal Execution: Support senior team members in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other investment transactions. Assist in coordinating deal processes, conducting due diligence, and preparing transaction-related documents.
6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including healthcare and technology companies, institutional investors, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing their needs.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, legal advisors, and other internal and external stakeholders. Contribute insights and ideas to team discussions, meetings, and strategy sessions.
8. Market Analysis: Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify potential investment opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial projections.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or a related field, with a specific focus on the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
