- 5 - 7 years experience, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy required; top tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred.
- BA or BS degree, MBA a plus
- Communication and Mobilizing Teams: Master communicators who provide clarity and confidence to energize teams and deliver unparalleled results.
- 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up.
- Critical Thinking and Analytical Rigor: Ability to deconstruct the most complex, messy problems into manageable pieces and generate actionable insights.
- Healthcare experience is a plus
