The Director of Area Sale, West Region Foodservice & On-Premise will lead, develop, inspire, and connect a team of approximately 6-7 strategic sales consultants accountable for driving growth in a multi-million-dollar portfolio of regional partners in the West Region of the Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit. Responsibilities include leadership of account teams who oversee the Company’s relationship with strategic Foodservice & On-Premise customers (QSR, Fast Casual, Casual Dine, Cinema, Gaming, Resort, Convenience Retail, University, Amusement etc) inspiring strategic direction for cross-functional account teams, and frequent engagement and negotiation with c-level customers and bottling partners to maintain and acquire new business.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with your portfolio’s top 10-12 C-Suite partners while coaching and cultivating your associate’s ability to create value for their portfolio’s C-Suite.
- Coach and support direct reports in multiple, multi-year, multi-million-dollar negotiations with customer c-suite, third party consultants and the Coca-Cola System.
- Enhance an inclusive culture, inspiring people to bring their full selves to the organization creating a rich life both in and outside of work.
- Develop, lead, and coach a team to meet or exceed an aggressive business plan, leave the business in a better place than found, and help diverse, inclusive teams thrive.
- Inspire and coach account teams through Collaborative Business Planning, The Coca-Cola Value Bundle, Storytelling and Presenting with the intent to build long term partnerships.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
MBA Preferred but not required
Related Work Experience:
7-10 Years Strategic Sales Experience
3-5 Years Direct Leadership Experience
Base Salary: $142,758 to $181,557
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
Location - Southern California Preferred
Travel - Approximately 30%
