Overview The Area Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a designated area. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring that sales goals are met. Detailed Job Description The Area Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a designated area. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring that sales goals are met. The Area Assistant Director of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing sales staff, as well as managing the budget and resources of the sales team. The Area Assistant Director of Sales will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and for ensuring that customer service standards are met.
