What You Will Be Doing


Reporting to the Sr. Creative Operations Manager for Albertsons Media Collective, the Creative Project Manager for Albertsons Media Collective will act as an air traffic controller and manage the day-to-day creative flow and execution for all AMC media. This person will be responsible for ensuring all creative meets brand standards and manage creative best practices with third-party agencies/partners. As our Creative Project Manager, you are expected to:


Main Responsibilities


  • Manage the flow of creative files with various cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Work directly with endemic and non-endemic partners on outlining all creative requirements for successful campaign activation.
  • Maintain creative timelines for multiple campaigns and communication with partners to ensure timelines are met and to answer any questions.
  • Manage the quality assurance process between the creative team and endemic and non-endemic partners.
  • Attend weekly calls with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are hitting timelines.
  • Serve as a creative strategist to our endemic partners and partner with the larger media team on campaign planning.
  • Act as a project manager for the creative operations team, managing a steady and constant workflow process for a busy creative team.
  • Manage creative kick-off calls with internal agencies and management.
  • Interface with other project managers, marketing managers, coordinators and stakeholders to build relationships and to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Maintain the digital asset management system for multiple campaigns simultaneously.


The salary range is $$82,900 to $107,680 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.


What We Are Searching For


  • A strong understanding of branding, writing, design and the creative process.
  • Highly organized with experience managing small to medium-sized projects with multiple stakeholders and creative outputs.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suites.
  • 3-5 years producer experience or project management experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, and sometimes undefined, environment.
  • A strong passion for creative excellence while also balancing stakeholder needs and deadlines.
  • Experience working with global partners and agencies (production, broadcast, creative vendors and video production).
  • Experience collaborating with external creative agencies and production partners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
