Creative Project Manager Jobs

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Digital Project Manager with vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets, a facility for open communication, and a keen eye for process and compliance. The Digital Project Manager for one of our clients will facilitate project status meetings, be a master at developing clear and detailed digital project plans and manage all assigned projects.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Develop long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Collaborate with executives and/or board members to keep projects aligned with their goals
• Manage and monitor project budgets and expenditures
• Modify project schedules and targets as needs or budgets change
• Collaborate with multiple departments that are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in sync
• Lead project status meetings
• Manage work and input from a variety of stakeholders
• Maintain standards by performing quality control on projects throughout development
• Hand out project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
• Make effective decisions regarding a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
• Lead overall execution of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation

Requirements

• Must be organized and have great time-management skills
• Experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
• Expertise in managing and executing multiple digital projects
• Expertise in project management tools and software
• Understanding of design and prototyping tools
• Expertise in managing creation of websites from scratch
