The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing VP. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our digital presence and driving our marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a compelling social media and digital marketing campaign strategy in collaboration with our demand generation team.
Utilize web analytics tools to measure site traffic, enabling you to optimize digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and display and search advertising.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and craft effective SEO strategies to drive increased web traffic.
Implement and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of various marketing initiatives.
Manage the company's social media accounts and webinar platform, fostering engagement and building our online community.
Develop and oversee the digital marketing content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and advertisements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for pushing boundaries and making a meaningful impact.
Proven experience as a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in B2B paid and organic social media strategy, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM.
Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, etc.
Strong skills and experience in creative content writing to effectively communicate our brand's messaging.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Basic knowledge of audio/video editing techniques for multimedia content creation.
