We are seeking a skilled part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that will drive growth and engagement across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging social media content.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create buyer personas.
• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content for various digital marketing channels.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make recommendations for improvements to our marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital marketing channels.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Availability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
