Job Summary:


Title: Specialist, Digital Marketing & Strategy (Spirits & Wine)


Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)


The Role:


Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Specialist, Digital Marketing & Strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the functional and operational success of our spirits and wine (D'USSÉ & Armand de Brignac) brand digital channels and reports directly to the Director, Digital Marketing & Strategy. This direct report is focused on driving, executing, tracking, reporting and improving our client’s digital activations in collaboration with Roc Nation internal teams, brand partners, and agency vendors. This individual should be a data-driven, performance-oriented marketer comfortable with owning operationally-based digital marketing efforts. Working cross-functionally, the incumbent will facilitate omni-channel success that drives LTV for our luxury spirits and wine clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Point-of-contact for client KPIs and analytics; providing recommendations on performance
  • Relevant experience in Spirits/Beverage with e-commerce experience being a strong plus
  • Point-of-contact for digital agency and vendor relationships
  • Facilitate end-to-end campaign planning, partnering with Brand stakeholders, creative, data science, and 3rd parties to ensure that strategic plans are delivered against KPIs
  • Establish and sustain day-to-day community management, maintenance and digital content
  • Proactively map social media calendars, initiatives and events, and develop supporting plans
  • Schedule social media content using Sprinklr Publishing suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Coordinate with Creative Team to ensure online content production fits brand specificities in terms of channels/ platforms (e.g., Social Media, Website, CRM)
  • Own the day-to-day management of digital marketing channels, including social and web
  • Create and edit advertising and social media copy, newsletter and web page layouts
  • Own brand content management and assist in creating editorial stories and opportunities
  • Adapt and edit content to make it culturally relevant as needed, monitor content performance on digital channels (e.g., engagement rate, visibility level)
  • Facilitate operational success of the digital marketing strategy to achieve desired KPIs across all channels (including Social, Search, Display and Influencer Strategy)


Qualifications:


  • Passion for luxury goods, premium spirits and champagne, lifestyle and nightlife
  • Social media/advertising copywriting skills are a must
  • Minimum 2 years of related digital experience in a marketing, analyst or agency capacity
  • Some travel required (<20%)
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with MAC OSX and strong knowledge of MS Office software & Google Apps
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to guide improvements of future campaigns
  • Hands on experience working with social media management tools, including Sprinklr
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as required
  • Experience developing, planning, launching and analyzing digital campaigns and marketing plans
  • Familiarity with design suites including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
Bonus (Tech) Skills ++:
  • Create basic web content using front-end code in HTML, CSS, occasional JS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Paid Media setup and management (social, display, search, cctv, etc.)
  • Managing/creating websites using various CMS/ platforms (WordPress, Shopify, GoDaddy, etc.)
COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position.

New York City Hiring Range*: $58,500.00 - $65,000.00
