At ttg we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician level III to join our amazing client's IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Also, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues, and ensuring that our employees are able to work efficiently and effectively.

At ttg we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician level III to join our amazing client's IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Also, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues, and ensuring that our employees are able to work efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Provide VIP Support
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new and existing systems
- Provide technical support to employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Perform related duties as requested
- Provide event support as needed (weekdays and weekends outside of normal business hours)
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
- Staying current with new technologies and trends
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues
- Provide training and assistance to employees on software and hardware usage
- Work closely with other IT staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient IT environment
Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in Desktop Support and Software Support
- Ability to create documentation and SOPs for users and internal department use
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations
- 1+ years of Mac desktop/laptop and Apple support experience in a business environment
- Google Workspaces experience is a plus
- Associates’ degree in IT or related field preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education
- Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security +, or Microsoft Certified: Windows 10 is a plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with system imaging
- Proven ability to install, upgrade, repair, move, and replace desktops, laptops, smartphones/tablets, and other technical equipment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and mobile operating systems
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success with providing support and problem resolution with unfamiliar systems, software, and hardware and a passion for solving problems long-term
