Job Description

Below are the details.


Title: PC Technician Intermediate

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA - Onsite

Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possible extension)

Pay Rate: $23/hr. W2 (DOE)


Responsibilities and Description of Project:

  • Shipping and receiving of equipment from Warehouse and update Ticketing System
  • Provide basic IT support for both internal staff and customers through support queues (Service Market Place); addressing problems quickly, thoroughly, and consistently.
  • Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional.
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Communicate and collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with basic testing and reporting of issues within conference room


Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work independently/self-motivated
  • Ability to follow procedures


Preferred Skills (nice to have):

  • Service Marketplace
  • Warehouse experience


Education Requirements:

  • High School


Software Skills Required:

  • Ticketing System (ServiceNow)
