Job Description

Desktop Tech must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience building, repairing and maintaining Windows Desktops and Laptops through Windows 11 Pro. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in hardware, operating systems and common applications including Office 365, Security Software and common Remote Access applications.


Responsibilities

Will be responsible for building, repairing and supporting customers PC's and Servers both on prem and via remote from Windows 7 to Windows 11 and Server 2012R2 to Server 2022. Server Admin experience a plus.


Must be able to follow procedures, produce and update client documentation and use Service Ticket apps. . .


Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications mandatory. Minimum of 5 years bench experience minimum. Must have proven MSP experience. Must be familiar with common hand tools, able to work efficiently with minimum support, and work as a team on common projects. Some field work is required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, must be a US Citizen, and able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Must have excellent verbal skills and excellent communications skills.
