Job Overview
As a Membership Records Processor, your role will be pivotal in maintaining our membership database for hardworking individuals. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of records by conducting meticulous tests and reports. Responsibilities
Dive into a variety of sources to review payment documentation and backup materials.
Post dues and payments while meticulously preparing essential supporting documentation.
Identify and address any discrepancies in billed amounts, deductions, and membership issues.
Process membership authorization cards, maintaining the heart of our organization.
Keep our records up-to-date by utilizing a range of sources, and ensure the accessibility of information.
Prepare an array of membership reports, including those related to suspension and per capita figures.
Skillfully compose emails summarizing record-related matters, ensuring efficient follow-up.
Take the lead in generating necessary membership reports vital for billing and processing.
Stay on top of tasks with a well-organized workflow calendar, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
Embrace versatility by tackling multiple responsibilities daily and taking on any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Equipped with a college degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A knack for organization that sets you apart.
