Retrieve requested data from electronic files or databases.
Organize and prepare typing materials.
Generate spreadsheets and presentations by merging data from various sources.
Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in scanning and printing tasks as needed.
Uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with security protocols.
Requirements And Skills
Proven experience as a Typist or Data Entry Clerk.
Exceptional typing skills, with proficiency in touch typing being a plus.
Familiarity with data recorders and optical scanners.
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
Basic understanding of databases.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is advantageous.
