The Opportunity: Claims Processor
As a Claims Processor, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to simplify districts' Medicaid experience, allowing them to make a lasting impact on students. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy will be valued in this role. We provide a comprehensive 3-hour training program to ensure your success.
Location & Schedule:
Location: Onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Cedar Park/Leander, TX.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with flexible overtime options available.
Your Impact
Transfer service delivery documentation data accurately into our proprietary software.
Process transportation logs and other related services in compliance with Medicaid to Schools regulations.
Uphold the integrity and security of all service delivery documentation.
Collaborate with team leads to resolve any clerical errors.
Participate in special projects, assisting with data clean up and entry.
What We're Looking For
Typing speed of at least 45 Words per Minute with 90% accuracy.
Proficiency with 10-key data entry.
Positive attitude and a passion for data entry work.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organization, confidentiality, and time management skills.
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), and Windows operating systems.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
