We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team to help with emails, DM’s, and comments. As a Customer Support team member, you’ll ensure that all customers have a positive experience when communicating with Spirit Daughter, replicating the brand tone. This role reports to the Operations Manager. This is a part-time role.

Responsibilities Include

Responding to customer inquiries via email and Instagram part-time during Spirit Daughter business hours of 9 am - 5 pm PST (for email) and until 8 pm PST (for Instagram). The position is roughly 15-20 hours/ week.

Must be available on weekends.

About You

2-3 years experience in Customer Support.

Must have experience with Instagram.

Some experience in retail or any customer-facing role. Customer-first attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Impeccable attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.

Interest in Astrology and the Moon.

Patience, empathy, and ability to communicate with a global customer base.

Must have a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet service.

Must work on Pacific time.

Nice-to-have

Experience working in customer support software like Gorgias or Zendesk. Experience with Shopify, ReCharge, SendOwl.
