Tasks:

We are seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist who possesses a passion for providing quality customer service and strong communication skills. This role will provide Tier 1 technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues from our customers located across the United States and Canada. Respond to customers in person, over the phone, or via e-mail using IT ticketing system. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do.

• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Provide accurate information on products or services
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Qualifications

• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
• US Citizen/Green Card/EAD required
• Strong customer support skills
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's degree or 1 years of helpdesk work experience, required.
• Possess attention to detail and follow-through.
• Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proven experience in help desk support or other customer support role
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task and organize priorities in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy.
