Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by successfully managing all phases of the upselling and cross selling process
- Help close pipeline deals identified by the sales team, and grow those to highly satisfied accounts
- Engage executives, data science decision makers and L&D managers
- Guide contracting and renewal process
- Onboard and assist in increasing client engagement
- Build business cases that prove the ROI of leveraging the platform to ensure renewal and expansion
- Effectively collaborate and prioritize alongside an innovative product team
- Guide new customers through adoption and engagement
- Demonstrate the platform to current customers and new stakeholders within their organization
- Manage engagement marketing campaigns for customers to drive software adoption
- Build and maintain excellent client relations

Requirements
- Some travel required (5 days per month)
- Understanding of the sales process
- Undergrad in engineering or a similar technical degree. MBA or similar preferred.
- Understanding of data science preferred
- 2+ years in the consulting space.
- Project management and/or customer relationship experience
