Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Analyst to play an integral role in ensuring the success of projects and ongoing support of Robling’s customers and partners. The Customer Success Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, building out templates and processes, managing projects, responding to support inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing business analyst role in the retail space, demonstrated analytical and project management skills, with the ability to communicate requirements to developers as well as business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking out and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows to improve the overall customer experience
  • Reviewing and responding to customers for general support related questions
  • Leading the documentation of requirements for project work and support requests to ensure that the Robling development and support team (based in Nepal) has what is needed to start work effectively
  • Building out and evolving templates and processes to gather and document requirements
  • Project management work leading communication and coordination between Robling and Customer project teams
  • Coordination with customers and Robling development team to assist in answering requirements questions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience


Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years working with data and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with off-shore resources
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to understand SQL is a plus
  • 3+ years working in the retail industry is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in business requirements gathering role
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and presentation skills
