Company Description
- Manage end-to-end redesign of processes for the team
- Have the unique opportunity to work with the Communications and Engagement team, contributing to the development of innovative projects, coordinating team offsites, and facilitating focus groups
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to executive, attend important meetings, manage agendas, take meeting notes, and track deliverables to execution
- Foster team collaboration, communication, and shared learning, and identify opportunities for operational improvement across the organization
- Plan and execute in collaboration with the engagement team large-scale team events, town hall meetings, and leadership off-sites
- Be a sounding board and trusted partner to your executive client by building trust
- Provide dedicated administrative and strategic support to a Square executive within Block, maintaining a very complex and dynamic calendar requiring thoughtful collaboration with other executives, teams, partners, and EAs
- Represent the executive, team and brand across the org, through trusted partnership with executive
- Build relationships across your executive's teams and our centralized EO team
- Project-manage, driving clear and cohesive communications across the executive's distributed team in a remote environment
- Use data and insights to improve your executive client's operations and stay ahead of deliverables
- The ability to organize, analyze, and prioritize executive workflows
- 2+ experience working with a large team, ideally in the Customer Success / Service environment
- Full proficiency with Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively seek solutions
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar role
