JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and understand the software architecture flow in consumer and IOT based products. Participate in and contribute to design reviews of product schematics. Guide and mentor the development team with technical knowledge and customer relations. Being the bridge between customer and development team to understand requirements and get them translated to development tasks. Interface customers on engineering level. Work in teams with other software developers. Collaborate with specialists and developers from other technical areas like hardware, design, software teams. Analyze, design, program, integrate, unit test, debug in full Android stack. Experience in developing big products functionality in software and hardware and also their integrations. Utilize development tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Coverity, and GitLab. Perform creative debugging with multiple sources and techniques like debuggers, log analysis, signal analysis, and protocol sniffers.
Location: Multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor – Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree;
Experience: Four (4) years in the position above or in a related computer software role;
Experience must include:
1. Embedded C and Java
2. Android architecture
3. Design reviews of product schematics
4. Bootloaders, display, camera, touch, sensors, audio, filesystems, Linux, power
management, connectivity, and cloud
WE OFFER
The annual salary range for this role is $234,062.00 - $250,000.00 per year.
The Annual Salary depends upon various job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
