Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients
• Collect and input relevant data about prospective cases
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve client issues in a professional manner
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to determine if the company can assist them
• Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to multitask
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Excellent oral communication, comprehension, and critical-thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred

Additional Information

• Must be able to provide a distraction-free work environment
• Must pass Internet Speed Test of 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before interview
• Must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area
• This is a Work From Home position, but may transition to an in-office role
