Under our Education & Nonprofits division, GiveSmart is a rapidly growing SaaS product line helping nonprofit organizations accelerate their social impact. Our fundraising software and services are built exclusively for nonprofits to help them create more meaningful connections with their donors. We take fundraising and donor engagement programs to the next level with online giving and text-to-donate, virtual and in-person event fundraising, peer-to-peer campaigns, signups and advocacy, mobile messaging, donor management, and donor reporting.

This role is suited to passionate customer marketers who have broad B2B Customer Marketing experience, a track record of creating and executing omni-channel customer marketing campaigns including upsell and cross-sell, thrive on strategic planning, are metrics-focused, and actively embrace collaboration. This individual will have an exciting opportunity to dive in from day one and help shape our long-term customer communication strategy with over 8,000+ nonprofit partners.
We are searching for an innovative, motivated, resourceful, organized, creative, and disciplined Customer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This unicorn must be equally as passionate about digital marketing and customer engagement + growth as they are about driving measurable results. The ideal candidate is a highly self-directed doer with exceptional attention to detail who has worked with B2B customer retention funnels via digital marketing, marketing automation systems and analytics.
We are looking for someone who brings
- Background working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, + Support teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads to Sales organizations through all levels of the Marketing funnel, particularly on the demand gen side
- Significant writing skills with ability to self-generate content where needed
- Deft time management and organizational traits
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B Customer Marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or startup company OR current/former GiveSmart user with 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience
- Strong mix of strategic, project management, and analytical skillsets
- Well versed in Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar Marketing automation tool), Microsoft Office Suite, Pendo, Asana (or similar project management tool)
- Worked in fast-paced environment and open to pivoting to succeed
- End-to-end campaign creation and execution experience
