Summary

The Corporate Brand & Digital Marketing Team at GE Healthcare is seeking a collaborative, creative and proactive Content & Engagement Marketing Manager with experience in bringing content and narratives to life in support of GE HealthCare’s thought leadership and corporate strategies. Reporting to the Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Director, this role will facilitate strategic-planning, creation, and management of a breadth of content, as well as enabling a host of cross-business and region content creators in their strategies to ensure an audience-first mindset, brand compliance, and consistent user experience to deliver meaningful brand touchpoints.

Role Purpose:

The Corporate Brand & Digital Marketing Team at GE Healthcare is seeking a collaborative, creative and proactive Content & Engagement Marketing Manager with experience in bringing content and narratives to life in support of GE HealthCare’s thought leadership and corporate strategies. Reporting to the Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Director, this role will facilitate strategic-planning, creation, and management of a breadth of content, as well as enabling a host of cross-business and region content creators in their strategies to ensure an audience-first mindset, brand compliance, and consistent user experience to deliver meaningful brand touchpoints.

What you will be doing:

You will create authentic and compelling content that addresses customer goals and positively influences consideration, purchase decisions and supports loyalty and satisfaction. You will drive organic traffic and boost engagement, while building an audience-centric industry leadership content hub for branded thought leadership content and product/solution focused reports, articles, webinars, podcasts, and case studies designed to differentiate, engage, and nurture stakeholders throughout the GE HealthCare web ecosystem. With a holistic approach, you will also lead acquisition campaigns and spearhead a future newsletter/content ecosystem initiative to amplify our content’s reach, and identify and engage with a breadth of GE HealthCare audiences.

Along with your content strategy & creation, you will also lead a matrixed team of product and regional content creators in synthesizing and optimizing their content into a specialty / care pathway framework with curated learning pathways. You will drive best practices and ensure a cohesive, on brand tone/voice/value and a seamless and consistent customer experience. You will also be responsible for performance management and helping to maximize the team’s ROI on content investments by improving quality and alignment, optimizing web journeys and increasing key KPIS including traffic, time spent on page, session duration, returning visitors and conversions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Broader corporate narrative
  • Guarding the brand, ensuring one unified experience that is consistent, compliant, first class and intentional across all content and in service of the
  • Conducting content audits & gap analysis to assess how well existing content is performing and driving continuous improvement.
  • Creating and optimizing best-in-class, customer centric content and engagement, lead acquisition campaigns, and editorial management.
  • Developing engagement strategies, plans and content approaches for Insights Hub content, increasing organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Developing and launching a strategically focused external-facing newsletter, including the development of a global distribution list, identifying KPIs for measuring success, and managing the operational process of content development and distribution.
  • Advising and collaborating with a broad array of content creators and agencies across the business to find efficiencies in content strategies & investments and deliver forward-thinking content editorial strategies that propel the corporate narrative, purpose and thought leadership position forward.

  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, work cross-functionally, resolve conflict, achieve buy-in to strategies, gain influence and deliver results within a matrixed, global team
  • Owning the insights editorial calendar, including building recommendations and editorial plans for strategic initiatives.
  • Partnering with the GE HealthCare brand team, and a broad array of stakeholders to optimize user experience on the web, and define content marketing benchmarks, best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools, and execute accordingly.
  • Project management of program timelines, content updates, and quarterly analytics and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in content marketing and a natural ability to write and edit optimized content for different audiences, ensuring a ‘customer first’ approach.
  • Experience developing content metric dashboards and making performance and optimization recommendations based on results and engagement; experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • B2B marketing and/or healthcare/health-tech industry experience desired
  • 5+ years of experience of strong content or digital marketing experience within marketing, brand, corporate communications, or agency environments
  • Experience in driving legal and regulatory content reviews and adjustments, including the use of content review software systems (Veeva Promomats) and content management platforms (Welcome)
  • Digital marketing experience, such as specifically content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), newsletter marketing, conversion rate optimization, copyediting and publishing (to recommend headline, web copy, image or video assets, and other tests across target personas to improve site engagement and customer experience)

The salary range for this position is 112K - 168K Base. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
