Customer Implementation Manager Jobs

To further our mission, we are looking for a Customer Implementation Manager who will be responsible for defining and developing feature sets to meet the goals and needs of our partners. This role will creatively and strategically implement new and existing chat experiences, paving the way for both the present and future of GameOn’s product.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions to solve customer problems conversationally
• Utilize customers’ assets and properties to cater a user experience that is both content relevant and visually appealing
• Create new chat experiences and features within existing chat experiences, to serve the goals of GameOn’s customers
• Strategically identify areas of opportunity within existing verticals to develop new, or enhance existing, experiences
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about assigned projects

Qualifications

• Proven time management and organizational skills with projects across multiple clients and deadlines
• Adaptability to changes in project priorities and processes
• Ability to envision solutions that bridge customer content and our conversational experience
• Experience in sports a plus
• Clear communication skills for working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, strategy, and/or design thinking
• Demonstrated experience in creative and strategic problem solving driven by customer goals and feedback
