MarginEdge is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our ever-growing Onboarding team to help new restaurants get up and running on the MarginEdge software. The goal of the team is to guide our customers through the onboarding journey via initial setup, Point of Sale and Accounting connections and training on the MarginEdge platform.
The Implementation Manager will report to our Director of Customer Onboarding and will be a part of our broader Operations team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a good problem-solver, able to seriously multi-task, enjoy client interaction, and generally be eager to learn, contribute, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.

What type of responsibilities will I have?
- Engage with new customers through video calls and email to set up their POS and Accounting connections
- Manage the process of getting new clients familiar with the software
- Trouble-shoot client issues and help restaurants solve problems
- Work cross-department to ensure a proper onboarding experience for the client
- Build strong client relationships and generate overall goodwill
What qualifications or skills are required?

Restaurant Management Experience Required, ideally 3+ years, especially with restaurant management, administration, bookkeeping
- Salesforce, Churnzero or other CRM experience a plus
- Good computer skills. Familiarity with Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail, very organized
- Comfort with numbers
- Pride in your work and desire to constantly go above and beyond
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, where change is the norm, and your role will change and grow as the company does
