Vero Health Center is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Care Associate to help our West Des Moines, IA chiropractic office run smoothly. This essential customer service position earns a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this essential customer service position, you are an essential member of our office team. You are tasked with managing a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of virtual communication. Listening carefully, you identify and assess our customers' needs and then provide them with accurate information to help resolve their concerns. As you interact with our customers, you enter a detailed record into our database. You also process and file any related documents. Using your multitasking skills, you appropriately prioritize and complete all tasks that are given to you. By going the extra mile, you assure our customers that they can trust us with their chiropractic needs. It brings you great joy seeing that our customers are taken care of!

Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00am - 9:00am) and the later shift (4:00pm - 6:00pm), Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm, and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday
