Encompass is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Liaison who knows how to smile through the phone. This customer-centric individual is eager to engage with our customers by using strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hungry to expand their knowledge, this individual possesses a natural curiosity and seeks out opportunities to learn more about our products and services in order to provide exceptional customer service.
This position serves our existing customer base and requires no upselling. In fact, this position won’t deal with escalations - other than to get clients to those who handle them.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a catalyst in support calls to create a faster reaction without getting consumed in the process!
- Use predefined decision trees to help prioritize and direct callers expeditiously, but independently deviate from those when needed to get the best client outcome
- Be aware of availability of team members for support calls and schedule breaks accordingly
- Other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Liaison Manager
- Build relationships over the phone with Encompass clients, instilling in them a confidence in Encompass and the solutions coming their way;
- Greet callers in a way that makes them feel they are the most important person of the day;
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Is proficient in office software solutions, administration and productivity;
- Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, and knows how to convey that over the phone and to peers, and who
- Possesses an enthusiastically friendly voice and strong verbal communication skills;
- Has a strong understanding of how to handle customers in a way that they value.
- Takes initiative and thrives in an environment of multi –tasking and a fast pace;
- Possesses at least a High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is ideal, as this position could be a stepping stone into a position with greater responsibility.
Additional Details
This role will receive a competitive hourly pay + bonus + benefits. The expected wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
Compensation: $14 - 17/hour
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.

Location: We are a hybrid work environment. This role can be remote or located in our Fort Collins office.
