Role Overview:

As our Growth Hacker & Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engaging our existing user base, and nurturing a strong sense of community within Vylo. Your responsibilities will encompass growth hacking strategies to attract new users and targeted outreach to discover and onboard talented content creators. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Vylo's growth from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage social media platforms, content marketing, influencer outreach, and viral marketing to amplify Vylo's reach and attract new users.
• Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, increase user engagement, and foster a thriving community within Vylo.
• Proactively manage and engage with the existing Vylo partner creators, addressing their needs, fostering discussions, and creating a sense of belonging within the community.
• Identify and connect with potential content creators across various platforms and niches, cultivating strategic partnerships to expand Vylo's creator community.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with content creators, influencers, and community members.
• Passion for sports!
• Deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, community management best practices, and social media platforms.
• Proven experience as a growth hacker, with a successful track record in scaling user bases, driving engagement, and fostering online communities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and utilize them to inform growth strategies and community initiatives.
