Creative Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and network to build relationships with top talent in various U.S. markets to ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Manage risk through ensuring policies and practices are adhered to and compliant with employment law and regulations, working closely with others to implement changes to practices as needed to meet regulatory and legal requirements
• Identifies and evaluate trends on recruiting, including local conditions, economic conditions and competitive institutions to develop innovative strategic plans to respond quickly to these trends
• Embraces and supports the expansion of alternative global and local recruiting methods and social media platforms
• Research and develop new recruiting techniques and support continuous improvement efforts
• Manage a full life cycle recruiting process including partnering with external search providers as required
• Establish a trusted relationship with hiring managers
• Contributes to the execution of the strategic vision related to the employment brand, talent acquisition tools, processes and systems in addition to driving a positive candidate experience.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships at all levels and develop a strong, consultative-style partnership. Strong influencing skills.
• Clear understanding of creative design
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, with strong follow-through and the ability to think on his or her feet.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, integrity and executive presence
• Deep skills in proactive sourcing (including Linkedin) and identifying passive candidates
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and doing full life cycle recruiting for all levels including executives
• Knowledge of the design industry with an established pipeline of creative talent
• Previous experience in executive search and contingency staffing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
