Golin is looking for our next Design Intern who is looking to become the next creative superstar. Are you someone who has a passion for making people say, “wow” through your work? Our paid, full-time internship/trainee program runs from July through December of 2023 and is designed to give you the authentic experience of working in an agency.

As The Design Intern, You Will

• Work independently as well as in a larger group
• Think creatively and love to learn and share ideas
• Work on projects ranging from social media content and animations to infographics and new business decks
• Create engaging work that demonstrates a strong sense of brand identity
• Transition between multiple projects while managing deadlines efficiently
• Work across a variety of clients and projects
• Prepare files for print and web production

You Are

• Someone who speaks internet fluently, and you know how to start a trend, not just jump on one.
• An ambitious self-starter
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)
• A champion of diverse talent who proactively cultivates an inclusive culture and uses cultural competence to drive agency and client’s business forward
• Focused on your craft – obsessed with the details and passionate about learning new skills
• A nice person, because we spend too much time with each other not to be nice.
• Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to your work

Requirements

• You must be a college graduate or have obtained your degree by June 2023
• You must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m Central Standard Time
• Preferred location is Chicago, IL, and we are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.

Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $18.00.

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
