We are looking for a Full life cycle recruiter who will own and manage 10 - 25 of their own requisitions. They need to manage the ATS, screen and present candidates as well as do comp analysis and offer negotiation work. Its recruiting from intake, posting, sourcing, screening, conducting debriefs and offer negotiations.
The Company Global Talent Sourcing Consultant will focus on finding key talent for the organization. Your work ethic and attitude will support a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have a background in executive search, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, creatively unearthing hard-to-find candidates beyond LinkedIn. Most importantly, you are charismatic and possess a strong ability to interact with key stakeholders as well as internal partners in a consultative way.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Developing search strategies, conducting research, and performing in-depth interviews to cultivate qualified candidates
• Pro-actively develops a pipeline of qualified candidates covering high priority functional areas
• Developing talent maps/name generation through internet searches, networking, and conference attendance
• Responsible for engaging the generated talent map/name generation to develop strong qualified candidate pool
• Pre-screening candidates for prospecting, active positions, and pipelining
• Partnering with full cycle recruiters to develop sourcing strategies
• Responsible for recruiting metrics and reporting those metrics on weekly/bi-weekly basis
• Compiling and communicating the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, company profiles, and other competitive intelligence
Mid-level Recruiter to support all Operations Functions as needed.
The key focus will be to provide recruitment for the Operations organization at the Company, requisition management and customer service management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Full Life Cycle Recruitment focus is on the Operations function
• Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Additional job duties include pre-screening candidates, project management in various functional areas at any given time, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
• Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, source, screen and present top slates of candidates, update and manage Taleo ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
• Will prepare offer packages and recommendations, providing equity & market competitiveness data research.
• Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and Company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
• Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
