Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Contract Recruiter. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for a variety of positions. The Contract Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with job posting and candidate sourcing on various platforms and job boards
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong skills in candidate interviewing and assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a contract recruiter capacity
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
