4+ years of experience in leading an integrated production department or have been a business leader of a creatively driven organization

Deep knowledge of production best practices (print, video, recording, out of home) and a strong network of production industry contacts

Strong project management skills needed to hit tight deadlines

1-2 years of experience working in a production or similar role, preferably on an internal creative team

You have strong experience in content creation and production processes— filming, editing, posting

Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut & graphic design tools

Experience working with models and freelancers

Assisting in prop selecting + organization

Primary point of contact for external print production vendor to produce retail experiences for flagship and balance of chain stores.

Experience leading a team of production artists

5+ years of print production experience

Expert knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite

Bonus points for basic knowledge of Adobe Premier and/or After Effects

Lead, inspire and mentor team of production artists and freelancers

Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline workflow and communication.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in creative production and design, with a portfolio showcasing successful retail or experiential projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Production, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Oversee the management of the in-house photo studio to support efficiencies and standards of quality and consistency.

Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to develop and streamline work processes to find efficiencies across channels.

Manage the production team and ensure that all content is produced to the highest standards of quality and consistency

8+ years of experience in production and creative services, preferably in a fast-paced editorial content experience and digital media environment

Stakeholder management: Onboarding requesters on new/updated processes, enforcing optimal processes and SLAs across core portfolios of work.

Superior project timeline development, risk assessment and prioritization skills .

Experienced at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously .

Monitor and report on volume working closely with team leads and stakeholders to prioritize and escalate when needed.

Ensure artwork guidelines and specifications are communicated clearly to requesters, escalate to client when updates are needed.

Define, document, and disseminate up-to-date specifications necessary for partner artwork production.

Organization & time management skills to work on more than one project at a time.

The verbal & written communication skills for understanding project requirements and explaining those needs to team members.

Support PR with intern management and hiring

1 year of fashion production and/or PR experience

Experience in Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics, etc. a plus
