Public Relations And Creative Production Coordinator Jobs

Strong project management skills needed to hit tight deadlines

1-2 years of experience working in a production or similar role, preferably on an internal creative team

You have strong experience in content creation and production processes— filming, editing, posting

Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut & graphic design tools

Experience working with models and freelancers

Assisting in prop selecting + organization

Experience in working with a music label, artist management, and artists

Manage artist creative budgets, approvals while tracking internally and externally.

Manage drafting of agreements, securing signatures and ensuring final contract is executed for all creative assets.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong computer skills required: MS Office Suite

Team up with the Capitol CMG Creative Team to help support and produce music video, photoshoot, and art productions.

Organization & time management skills to work on more than one project at a time.

The verbal & written communication skills for understanding project requirements and explaining those needs to team members.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Problem solving abilities to handle current challenges or inefficiencies.

Other skillsets should include: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite a plus

Support PR with intern management and hiring

Manage invoices/budgets for photoshoots, in addition to NY and LA office expenses

1 year of fashion production and/or PR experience

Experience in Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics, etc. a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
