Job Description

Job Title: Production Designer

Duration: 6 months + Extensions (Potential Conversion)

Location: REMOTE – PST Hours

Work Auth: W2

Start: August 1st

Must haves:

  • Strong understanding of Aspect Ratios
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work that has shipped as well as your design process
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems, guidelines, and other best practices
  • 1-2 years of Production Design experience
  • Hands on experience with Adobe
  • Expert skills in modern design programs like Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of Copyright and ITS

Plusses:

  • You have knowledge of the online video streaming space
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Ecommerce
  • You have an interest in anime, pop culture, animation, video games, tech and geekdom

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with product, engineering, and research to ensure projects are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed
  • Dropping approved art in Adobe
  • Lead large scale features that require complex interactions and the creation of new design system elements.
  • Own the product design and vision on multiple features from end to end. Work with your team to improve and iterate on designs and ensure that the final design is well executed, and a positive user experience
