Staff Accountant (Remote) - Publicly Traded Tech Firm!

International marketing and advertising tech firm located near downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Staff Accountant on a remote basis. In this position, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for month / quarter / year-end closes, assisting with preparation of consolidated financial statements, as well as account analysis and reconciliation. The Staff Accountant will also prepare journal entries, play a key role in various audits, prepare financial reporting documents, analyze balance sheets, prepare tax filings, as well as ensuring efficient accounting processes. The Staff Accountant will also handle collaborate with internal/external auditors, conduct general ledger management and ad hoc cash flow reporting functions.

• ERP systems and strong Excel skills are important.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
• At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience with a large or publicly traded corporation is required.
• Must have good technical accounting experience.
• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
